Gearbulk has published its 2025 Transparency Act Report — our fourth report since the Norwegian Transparency Act came into effect in 2022. The report highlights how we continue to promote fundamental human rights and decent working conditions across our global operations and supply chain.
During 2025, we continued to strengthen how we identify, assess and follow up potential risks. This included further development of our Third-Party Management System, updated risk assessments, new routines for short-term vessel chartering and mandatory training for employees.
The report highlights key areas of attention, including safety, working and living conditions at sea, recruitment practices, shipyards, suppliers and operations in higher-risk countries.
In 2026, we will continue to improve our procedures, strengthen stakeholder engagement and ensure that our approach is understood and applied across the organisation.
We invite all stakeholders to review our report and join us in promoting human rights.
